In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards and the rapid development of social economy, the requirements of environmental protection are getting higher and higher everywhere, and the requirements of printing plants on production efficiency are increasing year by year. As a green and environmental friendly printing, the application of flexographic printing in the field of flexible packaging is on the rise, mainly used in paper and composite packaging film, all kinds of boxes, cups, paper bags, heavy-duty packaging film and other fields.
According to the 2017 China CI Research Report, the printing volume of breathable film for diapers and sanitary napkins continues to grow rapidly due to the national two-child policy and the rapid growth of the export market to Africa. (1) The wide range of printing materials of satellite flexographic printing press, especially easy to stretch materials, has more advantages, especially suitable for flexible packaging printing, occupying more than 70% market share in Europe and the United States;

According to the Flexographic Technology Association of the United States (FTA), the proportion of flexographic printing in the packaging industry is expected to grow further as the demand for flexographic printing in the foreign flexible packaging industry increases. At present, the United States has exceeded 70 percent, and Western Europe and Australia are approaching 50 percent. This development trend is determined by the advantages and advantages of flexographic printing technology itself. Flexo printing in particular can meet the requirements of environmental protection, which is the general trend.
