Its precision, surface roughness, shape and position tolerance, hardness and corrosion resistance are all very demanding and expensive, and are produced by professional factories. When using this type of anilox roller, special attention should be paid to preventing bumps, keeping it clean and preventing ink clogging, and cleaning it immediately after printing. The accuracy of the anilox roller is one of the important factors to ensure the printing quality of the flexographic printing machine.
Anilox rollers are precise ink transfer rollers. The amount of ink transfer is determined by the number of mesh lines per inch. The higher the number of lines, the more mesh pits and the less the ink volume; the smaller the number of mesh lines, the fewer mesh holes and the greater the ink volume. The number of screen lines in the anilox roller is reasonable in printing, which is determined by the color requirements of the printed product. For screen screening, high line number and low ink volume should be selected for screen printing; low line number and large ink volume should be selected for field printing.
The squeegee is used to ensure a uniform supply of ink to the printing plate. If you don't need a scraper, use your limbs to roll the ink, and the mesh is rolled and pressed tightly, the ink is transferred quickly, and the speed is slow. The amount of ink carried by the anilox roller is very different, the amount of ink is more when the rotation is fast, and the amount of ink is less when the rotation is slow. For this purpose, a doctor blade is set up on the flexo press. With the squeegee, the amount of ink transferred from the anilox roller to the printing plate is limited to the amount of ink stored in the mesh of the anilox wheel, so that regardless of the speed of the machine, the ink star of the printing plate can be balanced. Therefore, the installation of scrapers is very demanding. The scraper should also have certain elasticity, toughness and strength, and the blade should be straight, without burrs and wrinkles. Generally, the steel scraper used is 0.15mm or 0.2mm.
